Verrado Master Planned Development

Verrado is a master planned development of residential homes set against the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye, Arizona. The development is planned for 11,000 homes and spans across 8,800 acres; the development’s elevation ranges from 1,100 to 3,600 feet. Verrado offers home buyers both production and custom home options. The production homes are built with the following styles in mind Craftsman, Spanish Colonial and Ranch Hacienda; custom home buyers will add their own styles of homes within the development. These new homes are priced from the $100s to the high $400s.
